ABOUT THE G PRint:
The G Print is an open project that I had in my mind for a while. It wants to raise awareness about projects and initiatives worldwide focused on making a sustainable social impact, not only in environmental terms but also by improving our society in different ways.
As a sustainable development advocate, I have found out that not only is a broad topic but also that most of the people are not well informed about it. Media report about climate change, the melting of the icecaps and green energies but most of the time they forgot to talk about people. What our world citizens are doing to do their bit to help.
A new development sustainable agenda was agreed by our politicians at the end of 2015 but to reach those goals we need everyone to be involved. And for that, information is crucial.
Ana Galán is the one behind the G Print. While studying a double degree in Journalism and Media, she was working for different newspapers and communications departments in her home country, Spain. She wanted to see the world, to meet new people and enjoy learning from other cultures so she moved to study an M.a in Global Studies in three different countries and to work as a producer in Germany afterwards. However, she found out that what she wants to do was to meet all those awesome people doing good things and to inform about it. So she decided to follow her passion.
